Ingredients
Method
- Line a rimmed pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds so it does not burn.
- Place almonds on pan and spread out.
- Pour melted chocolate over being sure to cover all the almonds.
- Sprinkle with Kosher salt.
- Refrigerate till firm.
- Break apart.
- Enjoy!
