Peach Vinaigrette is sweet and tangy especially delicious during peach season. I like to serve this drizzled over an heirloom tomato and peach salad with fresh basil! Watch it disappear!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Peaches large, peeled, pitted & chopped
  • 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Medjool Date Syrup or 1 large date pureed

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Enjoy!
