Skillet Meatballs

Wow them with these 4 ingredient (not including spice), one skillet, meatballs that are Whole30 and extra delicious. Ready in 30 minutes but taste like they cooked in the sauce all day!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef I like Grass Roots
  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal
  • 1/2 cup Onion diced
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Avocado Oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. Whisk egg, onion, almond flour, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add beef and work together with your hands to combine.
  3. Form into approximately 20 meatballs.
  4. Heat oil in a large pan.
  5. Add meatballs and do not touch for two minutes.
  6. Flip and cook two minutes longer.
  7. Add your favorite sauce and simmer 30 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
