Southwest Seasoning

A versatile seasoning blend with just the right amount of heat thats perfect for meats, veggies and salads.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 cup Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 cup Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp ground Coriander
  • 2 Tbsp Oregano, dried
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chipotle Powder or more for added heat

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine
  2. I like to store them in old spice jars that I recycled and label them
  3. They will stay fresh in a glass jar for up to a year
