Strawberry Chia Jam Balsamic Wings

These wings are sticky, sweet, tangy, and finger licking good. Super easy to make and the perfect quick and easy, any night dinner! They are also the perfect game day appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Chicken Wings
  • 1 cup Strawberry Chia Jam I like Chia Smash
  • ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Ketchup unsweetened, I like Noble Made
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine in a small bowl strawberry jam, balsamic, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and stir well
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Pat wings dry with paper towels
  • Place on baking sheet, skin side up, not touching one another
  • Divide your sauce so you have some for dipping
  • Brush wings with sauce
  • Roast 20 minutes, remove and flip wings and brush bottom sides
  • Roast 20 minutes, remove and flip wings and brush skin side up again with sauce and roast 20 minutes more
