Method
- Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan.
- Cook the ground chicken, breaking apart, till it is no longer pink.
- Meanwhile, combine all of the sauce ingredients in blender till smooth.
- Once chicken is crumbly and browned a bit add the sauce and bring to a slow boil then lower the heat.
- Whisk together arrowroot and water to make a slurry.
- Add the slurry to the pan and mix well, simmering until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
