Turkey Buffalo Burgers with Bleu Cheese

Whether you grill them or make them on a skillet indoors one things for sure, everyone will be raving about these juicy, tender and delicious turkey buffalo burgers with bleu cheese. The caramelized onions bring so much flavor to the dish and the melted bleu cheese pairs perfectly with the heat from the buffalo sauce. I promise you will be making them again and again!

1 lb Ground turkey ¼ cup Almond flour 1 teaspoon Onion powder 1 clove Garlic minced 1 teaspoon Salt ¼ cup Buffalo sauce ½ cup Bleu Cheese crumbled, I like Stilton (omit for Whole30 and Paleo) 1 Onion large, sliced in ¼"wedges 2 tablespoon Ghee 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Melt ghee in skillet (or on grill) and add onions, cooking on medium low, tossing occasionally until onions are browned and soft.
Meanwhile, combine in a bowl, turkey, almond flour, onion powder, garlic, salt and buffalo sauce, mixing well. Form into four burgers.
Heat olive oil in skillet (or on grill), add burgers and cook 4 minutes per side.
Divide onions into four equal portions and place on top of burgers.
Add bleu cheese crumbles to each burger and cover till melted.
