Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Turkey breast roasted and diced
  • 1/2 cup Celery diced
  • 1/2 cup Onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Slivered almonds I like toasted
  • 1/2 cup Dried cherries unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl add the pre-cooked diced turkey, diced celery, diced onion, almond slivers, dried cherries, mayonnaise, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix well with a rubber spatula.
