  • 4 cups Broccoli slaw or shred your own (3 cups broccoli stems, 1 cup carrot sticks)
  • 1/2 cup Red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds raw
  • 1 cup Avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Medjool date syrup or 4-5 puréed dates
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
