Method
- Peel, core and dice your apples
- Peel the shallot and dice it fine
- Juice the lemon
- Melt ghee in a skillet
- Add shallot and cook 2 minutes
- Add apples, fruit spread, lemon juice and spices stirring well to combine
- Cook till apples soften and the compote thickens
- Enjoy!
