Combine the cilantro, olive oil, garlic, lime juice and spice in a blender and blend till smooth.
Pat your pork steak dry and place in a container for marinating.
Pour the marinade over and flip the steak so both sides are covered in marinade. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Heat your grill to medium high.
Grill the pork steak for 6-8 minutes depending how thick it is. You want a good sear so don’t move it.
Flip and grill for another 6-8 minutes or until it reaches 145˚ on the thermometer.
Cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
