This Avocado Lime Crema Coleslaw is Whole30 and dairy free and such a flavorful slaw for adding to shrimp tacos!  Of course it is perfect along side anything grilled like a juicy burger, chicken or steak!  The burst of lime adds a perfect tang that works well with the creaminess of the avocado.  If you love a creamy slaw this is the recipe for you!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Green Cabbage shredded
  • 3 cups Red Cabbage shredded
  • 1 Carrots a large carrot shredded
  • 1 Avocado a large one
  • 2 Lime juiced, 2 small limes
  • 1/2 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion diced small
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Add shredded cabbage, carrots and diced onion to a large bowl
  2. In a small bowl immersion blend the mayonnaise, avocado, lime juice, salt and pepper till smooth
  3. Add mayo mixture to coleslaw and mix well
  4. Enjoy!
