Ingredients
Method
- Melt ghee in a large pan
- Add chicken, salt & pepper
- Brown 5 minutes each side & move to a plate
- Add onion, potatoes & mushrooms to pan
- Cover & cook till potatoes begin to soften, stirring frequently
- Return chicken to pan
- Add olives & Latin Sauce
- Simmer 20 minutes on medium low heat
- Enjoy!
Notes
Can use white potatoes, peel and cut in cubes
