Method
- Melt ghee in skillet (or on grill) and add onions, cooking on medium low, tossing occasionally until onions are browned and soft.
- Meanwhile, combine in a bowl, turkey, almond flour, onion powder, garlic, salt and buffalo sauce, mixing well. Form into four burgers.
- Heat olive oil in skillet (or on grill), add burgers and cook 4 minutes per side.
- Divide onions into four equal portions and place on top of burgers.
- Add bleu cheese crumbles to each burger and cover till melted.
- Enjoy!
