I've shared so many variations of coleslaw that I thought it was time I updated my Classic Coleslaw and got it on the blog too. Just 5 simple ingredients and a few spices and you have an amazing creamy slaw that's a crunchy and delicious side for most anything! I even serve it as a side with my Buffalo Turkey Meatballs It's even better the second and third day!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Green Cabbage, head shredded, about 6 cups
  • 1/2 Red Cabbage, head shredded, about 6 cups
  • 2 cups Carrot Sticks
  • 1/2 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or 3 if you like it tangy
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Celery Seed

Method
 

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, celery seed, salt & pepper
  2. In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots
  3. Pour mayonnaise mixture over and toss well to combine
  4. Serve and enjoy!
