Instructions

Peel and cut: the plantains into small cubes.

Toss in a bowl: with the avocado oil.

Add spice and salt: and toss well.

Place in air fryer: and set to 350˚.

Air Fry for 10-15 minutes: being sure to shake every 5 minutes till crispy.

  • 2 whole Plantain not overly ripe
  • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Little Palates Herb Garden Seasoning – Primal Palate see note
  • 1 tsp Kosher Flake Salt

Method
 

  1. Peel and cut the plantains into small cubes.
  2. Toss in a bowl with the avocado oil.
  3. Add the spice and salt, tossing well to coat evenly.
  4. Place in air fryer set to 350˚.
