Grape Tomatoes: are sweet and juicy flavor bombs that bring a burst of freshness to anything you use them in, especially in Caprese steak dishes with fig balsamic.

Basil: complements the other bright flavors in this Caprese steak recipe and adds a nice aroma, especially when drizzled with fig balsamic.
Salt and Black Pepper: salt enhances the overall flavor of the dish and ground black pepper adds a gentle heat.
Fig Balsamic Vinegar: is crafted from grape juice that is infused with fig juice offering a sweet and syrupy flavor. I love Olivelle for all of their vinegars and you can use Pennysprimal to save 20%.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil: stands out as an excellent choice for sautéing, adding richness and enhancing the natural flavors of foods, such as in a Caprese steak adorned with fig balsamic.
Ghee: incorporating ghee into this sauce adds a rich, nutty flavor. I love Fourth and Heart ghee and you can use Pennysprimal15 to save 15%.
Garlic: adds a savory note that enhances the dish with its bold and aromatic flavor, especially when included in dishes like Caprese steak with fig balsamic drizzle.
