    Mustard Dill Salmon

    This Mustard Dill Salmon is as easy as it is beautiful!  It takes less than 30 minutes start to table for the most mouthwatering salmon ever.  The grainy mustard is the key here along with lots of fresh dill, lemon juice and ghee.  I served it over a simple cauliflower rice mixed with fresh spinach, garlic and ghee for the perfect side dish.  My husband is not a salmon fan and wanted to know when I was going to make this again.  Thats a huge win for me!!     Ingredients You Will Need

    Salmon Filet Wild Caught: refers to a piece of salmon that has been caught in its natural habitat rather than raised in a controlled environment.

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil: stands out as an excellent choice for sautéing, adding richness and enhancing the natural flavors of foods. I love Garcia De La Cruz olive oils.

    Coarse-Dijon Mustard: not only imparts a subtle tanginess but also adds a vinegary note. I like Noble Made and you can use Pennysprimal15 to save 15%.

    Dill Weed: is herby, light and refreshing flavor with a slightly sweet with element of parsley, celery and anise. It combines perfectly to make a memorable mustard dill salmon dish.

    Kosher Flake Salt: used as a finishing touch to bring out the flavors of the dish.

    Black Pepper: adds a mild level of heat to your food it is known as the "King of Spice" due to all of the health benefits for our bodies.

    Lemon: adds a fresh, bright, and tangy element, which can help balance the richness of the other ingredients.

    Instructions

    Prepare your oven and pan by: lining a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and preheating the oven to 400˚.

    Pour onto parchment: 1 tablespoon of olive oil on and spread around with your fingers.

    Place salmon: pieces on the oiled area of the pan.

    Drizzle salmon: with remaining olive oil.

    Spoon: grainy Dijon on each piece, covering top and sides.

    Put lots of: fresh chopped dill over the salmon.

    Sprinkle: with salt and pepper.

    Place one pat: of ghee on each piece of salmon.

    Lay the halved lemons: cut side down on the pan.

    Bake: 20 minutes.

    Remove from oven: and with tongs, squeeze lemon juice over salmon.

    Garnish: with extra fresh dill if desired.

    Ingredients
      

    • 4 pieces Salmon Filet Wild Caught, 6 ounces each
    • 3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • ½ cup Coarse-Dijon Mustard Noble Made
    • ¼ cup Dill Weed chopped
    • 1 teaspoon Kosher Flake Salt
    • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
    • 1 Lemon cut in half
    • 4 tablespoon Ghee cut in pats, I like Fourth & Heart Stick Ghee

    Instructions
