    Why You'll Love This Recipe

Almond bark is a delicious and easy to make sweet and nutty treat that the whole family will love. Besides being simple, this paleo almond bark with only three ingredients is a no-bake delight.

    Ingredients You Will Need

Almonds: are high in fiber and a number of vitamins. They have an earthy, nutty and slightly floral flavor.

Dark chocolate chips: have a higher cocoa content with a more intense flavor than milk chocolate. Opt for dairy-free and refined sugar-free to keep this recipe Paleo friendly.

Kosher flake salt: has coarse, large grains and is usually used for cooking.

    Instructions

Line a rimmed pan: with parchment paper.

Melt the chocolate: in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds so it does not burn.

Place the almonds: on the pan and spread them out.

Pour: the melted chocolate over being sure to cover all the almonds.

Sprinkle: with Kosher salt to complete your paleo almond bark.

    Refrigerate: until firm.

    Break apart: into pieces.

    Enjoy!

    Recipe Tips and Tricks

Melt the chocolate: slowly over a low heat as you do not want to burn the chocolate.

Use fresh almonds: whether they are raw or roasted, the fresher the better for that delicious crunch in your paleo almond bark.

    Recipe Variations

White chocolate: is a fun variation in place of the dark chocolate for making paleo almond bark.

    Storage Tips

You can store this paleo almond bark in an airtight glass container, ideally in a dark, cool place.
