Squeeze: the juice from one lime all over the head of cauliflower.

Meanwhile: make the avocado lime crema by combining the avocado, mayonnaise, sour cream, juice of one lime, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper in a high speed blender and blend till smooth and creamy.

Serve the cauliflower: with the crema, sliced limes and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.

  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • 2 whole Lime one juiced and one for serving
  • 1 Tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin ground
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro fresh, chopped
  • Crema Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream Alternative
  • 1 whole Avocado large
  • 1 whole Lime juiced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro fresh, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method
