Buffalo Wings

This recipe is Whole30, Paleo, Gluten, and Dairy Free.

Do you love Buffalo Wings? I could eat them once a week. This recipe is so easy and a classic version of what Buffalo Wings should be yet it's gluten free and dairy free and no one will ever know! Serve them up with your favorite ranch dressing or my Creamy Dill Dressing for dipping.








INGREDIENTS

20-25 wings, pat dry. I like Rastelli's Delivered
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
2 tbsp ghee

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400˚

Line a rimmed pan with parchment paper

Place wings on pan not touching

Sprinkle with garlic powder and paprika

Bake 45 minutes

Meanwhile heat buffalo sauce just till ghee melts, stir and turn heat off

Place wings in pan and toss with sauce

Return wings to pan and bake 15 minutes more

Pour extra sauce in ramekin for

dipping
